The speed box is lubricated by oil, and is equipped with an air oil cooler, which is driven by an oil motor. The oil motor consists of two shafts connected by an intermediate involute spline. With the increase of running time, the spline will wear, and when the wear appears to a certain extent, the spline will lose the transmission function. This paper mainly combined with the experience feedback of spline wear treatment, the oil motor structure design and spline wear treatment are comprehensively studied and discussed, to provide technical support for the future operation and maintenance of the gear box.
